Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility is one of the top rated nursing homes in the Capital Region. The 160 bed facility serves the needs of the community through both long-term care and sub acute rehab. Through individualized care planning, Wilkinson offers a wide array of services to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each resident. For those residents with us for subacute rehab, we offer private rooms and a variety of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Visitation at St. Mary’s Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility is open daily from 8 a.m. -8 p.m.
Visitors with any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or those who have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 should refrain from visiting.
Visitors may choose to test prior to visiting, although it is not required.
Visitors may also choose to wear a mask during their visit. Both tests and masks are available in the front lobby.
All visitors must sign-in using the visitation log before visiting and sign out when leaving.
