Coming Soon – Charlton Primary Care
The Charlton community and neighboring areas will soon have increased access to health care through a new care model at the newly named St. Mary’s Charlton Health Center.
We will be adding primary care to the existing Charlton Urgent Care site located at 2370 State Highway 67 (across the street from Stewarts). The community will still have access to urgent care, every day from 9am – 7pm as well as being able to establish regular, ongoing access to primary care providers, close to home. St. Mary’s and our providers look forward to welcoming you to this additional service at the Charlton Health Center.
