Patient and Family Advisory Council - St. Mary's Healthcare

In an effort to consistently deliver an exceptional patient experience, we believe it is important to obtain insights from a variety of perspectives. We are now accepting applications from current and former patients, family members, and other community members to join our Patient and Family Advisory Council. The purpose of our Patient-Family Advisory Council is to provide a formal structure for collaborating with patients and families in policy and program decision-making to improve safety, quality, and the overall patient experience at St. Mary’s Healthcare. Once the Council has been established, the group will develop goals and action items to make improvements where there are opportunities. Our goal is to host a diverse group that is representative of our community and that will be open to share their healthcare experiences. We anticipate the meetings will occur monthly in the early evenings and light refreshments will be served.
