The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) of St. Mary’s Healthcare, offers associates, no cost, confidential, professional support for any of life’s challenges that may impact job performance, health, or personal well-being. This employer sponsored benefit is available to all associates, including immediate family members. Just some of the areas that EAP can assist with include relationship concerns, traumatic incidents, stress/anxiety/depression, workplace matters, bereavement/loss, and substance misuse.
EAP also partners with several community agencies, municipalities, and businesses providing their workforce with the same services.
